Led by Founder & CEO, Karla Estela Rivera, the Rivera Creative Collective is a consulting practice and cultural curation collective that strengthens organizations, communities, and teams working at the intersections of arts, education, public policy, and social impact. We partner with mission-driven entities, small businesses, and individuals navigating change—offering strategy, clarity, amplification, and momentum during moments of growth, transition, or reimagining.

Our team of collaborators is human-centered and grounded in real-world experience, with a combined 40 years of expertise in narrative leadership, operational efficiency, and facilitation rooted in community engagement, storytelling, and policy fluency. We listen intently, design thoughtfully, and implement strategically—making sure that every solution, workshop, event, conference, or coaching session is tailored, sustainable, and values-aligned.

Whether you're leading a classroom, a flower shop, a coalition, or a cultural institution, we help you connect vision to action and policy to people.
