Led by Founder & CEO, Karla Estela Rivera, the Rivera Creative Collective is a consulting practice and cultural curation collective that strengthens organizations, communities, and teams working at the intersections of arts, education, public policy, and social impact. We partner with mission-driven entities, small businesses, and individuals navigating change—offering strategy, clarity, amplification, and momentum during moments of growth, transition, or reimagining.

Our team of collaborators is human-centered and grounded in real-world experience, with a combined 40 years of expertise in narrative leadership, operational efficiency, and facilitation rooted in community engagement, storytelling, and policy fluency. We listen intently, design thoughtfully, and implement strategically—making sure that every solution, workshop, event, conference, or coaching session is tailored, sustainable, and values-aligned.

Whether you're leading a classroom, a flower shop, a coalition, or a cultural institution, we help you connect vision to action and policy to people.

Our Team

The Rivera Creative Collective is made up of consultant partners whose diverse experience and expertise support client organizations on a part-time, contract basis. The Collective is led by Founder & CEO, Karla Estela Rivera, in partnership with Chief Impact Strategist, Perry William Green, III.

Their collaboration began more than a decade ago as a mentor–mentee relationship, grounded in shared lived experience and a mutual commitment to policy, storytelling, and community-rooted work. What started as mentorship grew into a deep professional partnership and friendship, shaped by years of advising, learning, and witnessing one another’s growth through moments of challenge and change.

Together, they bring complementary strengths—blending creative practice with systems-level strategy—to guide organizations through transformation with care, clarity, and purpose.
